[WEEK 5]
After four weeks of monitoring noise assessment at the same location, it has finally come for us to monitor the last week of this mini project assessment. For this week, we arrived to the location on time and started the monitoring at 5.29 pm, with a time period of a usual 1 hour. For this week, the traffic was a bit concentrated with vehicles, but still within the monitoring range of our Sound Level Meter therefore we were able to obtain the result for this week assessment.

Overview
The data above shows the results for this weeks' assessment. First, the data L10 shows the noise level exceeded for 10% of the time of the measurement duration. This usually is to indicate the peak noise during that time period. For this 5th week, the L10 obtained was 78.4dB which was a bit higher than of week 4 with a difference of 5.8. This was due to number of vehicles passing by which was higher than of week 4. Next, L50 is used to indicate the level exceeded 50% of the time, indicating statistically the mid-point of the noise reading (slightly above average for the area), which was recorded at 66.2dB. Compared to the week 4, the result is less with 3.1.After that, L90 is noise level that exceeded for 90% of the time, which generally represent the ambient or background noise of that area. The result for L90 was 52.7dB for week 4, which is a lot less than week 4 with a difference of 15.8 which maybe because of less number of people passing by or any activities were done near the sound level meter. After that, the value of Max dB for this week is 95dB, which makes a difference with fourth week by 4.3. Lastly, is the Leq which is actually the Sound Pressure Level in dB which is also known as average energy emitted throughout the time period at the toll station. So for the Leq the value was 73dB for the week, which make it more than week 4 with a difference of 3.
